We opened in Chomedey because Lavallois shouldn't have to cross a bridge to enjoy puppy yoga. The South-440 access is fast from anywhere on the North Shore — Sainte-Rose, Vimont, Pont-Viau, Auteuil — and there's free parking on-site.
The studio is a dedicated yoga space, not a shared pet store or café. Puppies come from licensed, ethically run breeder partners we vet personally, and only attend during their developmentally appropriate socialization window (8 to 14 weeks). Classes are bilingual — most cues in English with French translation, or fully French on request.

Where exactly is the Laval studio?
Our Laval studio is at 700 Desserte S Autoroute 440, Suite 205, H7S 2E7, in the Chomedey neighborhood. It sits right off the South-440 service road for easy highway access from anywhere on the North Shore.
What happens in a Pups & Yoga class?
Each class is 60 minutes split into three parts: 20 minutes of guided yoga to warm up and settle in, 20 minutes of yoga while the puppies roam freely through the studio, and 20 minutes of unstructured play time with the puppies. No prior yoga experience required.

Nos instructrices à Laval sont bilingues. Les cours sont donnés principalement en anglais avec des consignes en français; si tout le groupe préfère le français, l'instructrice donnera le cours entièrement en français.
Is there parking?
Yes. Free parking is available on-site at the Desserte S complex. The lot is right next to the building entrance.
Where do the puppies come from?
Our puppies come from licensed, ethically run breeder partners we vet personally. They are typically 8 to 14 weeks old — within their developmentally appropriate socialization window. Each puppy attends only during this window and is never used for back-to-back classes.
Can I book a private session for a group?
