The capital's first studio.
Pups&Yoga Québec was the city's first dedicated puppy yoga studio. We picked Montcalm — the cultural heart of the city, on Avenue des Érables — because it's walking distance from Vieux-Québec, the Plaines d'Abraham, and Grande Allée.
The studio is a real yoga space, not a shared pet store or café. Puppies come from licensed, ethically run breeders and rescue partners we vet personally, and only attend during their developmentally appropriate socialization window (8 to 14 weeks). Classes are bilingual — most cues in English with French translation, or fully French on request.
One of ten Pups&Yoga studios across Canada, the USA, and Spain. Same format, same standards, every city.
Sixty minutes, three parts.
30 minutes — warm up

15 minutes — with puppies
Yoga continues while the puppies roam freely through the studio. Cuddle if they come to you.

Québec-specific questions.
Where exactly is the Québec studio?
Our Québec studio is at 1020 Avenue des Érables, G1R 2M9, in the Montcalm neighborhood. Walking distance from Vieux-Québec, the Plaines d'Abraham, and Grande Allée.
Where can I do puppy yoga in Québec City?
At Pups&Yoga, 1020 Avenue des Érables, in Montcalm, two blocks from RTC buses 1, 3 and 11. Classes every weekend: 60 minutes (30 min yoga, 15 min with the puppies roaming free, 15 min cuddles), $49. Pick a date above to book.
How do I get into the studio?
Classes are held at Studio Oasis Yoga, on the 1st floor of 1020 Avenue des Érables. Parking is on the street. Need help on the day? Call 1-888-614-PUPS (1-888-614-7877): it rings our team before and between classes.
Can I change my date?
Yes, free, up to 48 hours before your class: do it yourself online with the link in your order confirmation email, or at pupsandyoga.app/changer-date. Same city, one change per class. Tickets are non-refundable; if we ever cancel a class, you're refunded in full.
What happens in a Pups&Yoga class?
Each class is 60 minutes split into three parts: 30 minutes of guided yoga to warm up and settle in, 15 minutes of yoga while the puppies roam freely through the studio, and 15 minutes of unstructured play time with the puppies. No prior yoga experience required.
Les classes sont en français ou en anglais?
Nos instructrices à Québec sont bilingues. Les cours sont donnés principalement en anglais avec des consignes en français; si tout le groupe préfère le français, l'instructrice donnera le cours entièrement en français.
Is there parking?
Limited street parking is available on Avenue des Érables and surrounding side streets. A public parking lot on Rue Saint-Cyrille is a 2-minute walk away.
Where do the puppies come from?
Our puppies come from licensed, ethically run breeders and rescue partners we vet personally. They are typically 8 to 14 weeks old — within their developmentally appropriate socialization window. Each puppy attends only during this window and is never used for back-to-back classes.
Can I adopt one of the puppies?
We don't handle adoptions. If you fall for a puppy, just ask the team at the end of the class and we'll share the breeder's or rescue's contact.
Can I book a private session for a group?
Yes. We host private puppy yoga sessions for corporate events, birthdays, bachelorettes, and brand activations — in our Montcalm studio or at your venue anywhere in Québec City. Visit our Private Events page for a custom quote.
What should I wear and bring?
Comfortable clothes you can move in, that don't mind a little fur. We provide yoga mats. Water bottles and small towels are welcome. Arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Please leave your own dog at home: only our puppies attend class. More tips in our guide to puppy yoga.
Can I bring my own dog?
No. For the puppies' safety, personal pets are not allowed in class or in the studio, not even on a leash or in a bag. Participants who arrive with a pet may be refused entry, with no refund. Please leave your pet at home: only our puppies attend class.
Is there a minimum age? Do I need yoga experience?
No yoga experience needed: the class is made for beginners. Ages 13+; kids aged 8 to 12 come with an adult. For anyone under 18, a parent or guardian accepts the waiver.
Can kids come? What are the rules during class?
Ages 13+ can come on their own; kids aged 8 to 12 come with an adult; children under 8 can't join the class. During class, for everyone: stay seated on your mat, the puppies come to you; speak softly, no shouting or running. A parent can step out with their child at any time, and our team may suggest a short break if the puppies get stressed.
Can I give a class as a gift?
Yes. Our e-gift cards are delivered by email in 2 minutes, or on the date you choose: see gift cards.
