We opened in Chomedey because Lavallois shouldn't have to cross a bridge to enjoy puppy yoga. The South-440 access is fast from anywhere on the North Shore â Sainte-Rose, Vimont, Pont-Viau, Auteuil â and there's free parking on-site.
Classes take place in a real yoga studio, not a pet store or cafĂ©. Puppies come from licensed, ethically run breeders and rescue partners we vet personally, and only attend during their developmentally appropriate socialization window (8 to 14 weeks). Classes are bilingual â most cues in English with French translation, or fully French on request.

Where exactly is the Laval studio?
Our Laval studio is at 1700 Desserte S Autoroute 440, Suite 205, H7S 2E7, in the Chomedey neighborhood. It sits right off the South-440 service road for easy highway access from anywhere on the North Shore.
Where can I do puppy yoga in Laval?

How do I get into the studio?
Weâre at Studio Asha Yoga, suite 205. The entrance opens directly onto the street, and you can park right in front of the studio. Need help on the day? Call 1-888-614-PUPS (1-888-614-7877): it rings our team before and between classes.
Can I change my date?
Yes, free, up to 48 hours before your class: do it yourself online with the link in your order confirmation email, or at pupsandyoga.app/changer-date. Same city, one change per class. Tickets are non-refundable; if we ever cancel a class, you're refunded in full.
What happens in a Pups&Yoga class?
Each class is 60 minutes split into three parts: 30 minutes of guided yoga to warm up and settle in, 15 minutes of yoga while the puppies roam freely through the studio, and 15 minutes of unstructured play time with the puppies. No prior yoga experience required.

Is there parking?
Yes. Free parking is available on-site at the Desserte S complex. The lot is right next to the building entrance.
Where do the puppies come from?
Our puppies come from licensed, ethically run breeders and rescue partners we vet personally. They are typically 8 to 14 weeks old â within their developmentally appropriate socialization window. Each puppy attends only during this window and is never used for back-to-back classes.
Can I adopt one of the puppies?
We don't handle adoptions. If you fall for a puppy, just ask the team at the end of the class and we'll share the breeder's or rescue's contact.
Can I book a private session for a group?
Yes. We host private puppy yoga sessions for corporate events, birthdays, bachelorettes, and brand activations â in our Chomedey studio or at your venue anywhere on the North Shore. Visit our Private Events page for a custom quote.
What should I wear and bring?
Comfortable clothes you can move in, that don't mind a little fur. We provide yoga mats. Water bottles and small towels are welcome. Arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Please leave your own dog at home: only our puppies attend class. More tips in our guide to puppy yoga.
Is there a minimum age? Do I need yoga experience?
No yoga experience needed: the class is made for beginners. Ages 13+; kids aged 8 to 12 come with an adult. For anyone under 18, a parent or guardian accepts the waiver.
Can kids come? What are the rules during class?
Ages 13+ can come on their own; kids aged 8 to 12 come with an adult; children under 8 can't join the class. During class, for everyone: stay seated on your mat, the puppies come to you; speak softly, no shouting or running. A parent can step out with their child at any time, and our team may suggest a short break if the puppies get stressed.
