Refund policy

Tickets are non-refundable, but you can change your date for free.

To change your date: email info@pupsandyoga.com (or reply to your confirmation email) with your order number and the new date, at least 48 hours before your class. Within 48 hours of your class, we can't move your booking, but you can give your spot to someone else: they just give your name at check-in.

If we cancel a class, you will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 48 hours, or moved to another date of your choice at no cost.

If the puppy breed changes after you booked, you can move your class to another date for free.
