Yes! Our classes are beginner-friendly and designed to be relaxed and accessible for everyone. The focus isn’t on advanced poses — it’s about moving gently, having fun, and enjoying time with the puppies 🐶✨

Our sessions last 60 minutes and are thoughtfully structured to prioritize the puppies’ well-being. The class begins with 30 minutes of guided yoga while the puppies rest. Then, for 15 minutes, yoga continues as the puppies join the space. The final 15 minutes are dedicated to pure puppy cuddle time 🐶✨
