Puppy yoga in Edmonton: Choose your class.
Edmonton's first puppy yoga.
Edmonton didn't have a dedicated puppy yoga studio before us. We opened on 50 St NW on the southside because it gives us reach: easy drive from Strathcona, Downtown, the south communities, and from St. Albert, Sherwood Park, and Beaumont.
The studio is a real yoga space, not a shared pet store or café. Puppies come from licensed, ethically run breeders and rescue partners we vet personally, and only attend during their developmentally appropriate socialization window (8 to 14 weeks). Each puppy has free run of the studio and can rest, eat, or step away whenever they want.
One of ten Pups&Yoga studios across Canada, the USA, and Spain. Same format, same standards, every city.
Sixty minutes, three parts.
30 minutes — warm up
Guided yoga to settle in. No puppies yet. Beginner-friendly, no prior experience required.
15 minutes — with puppies
Yoga continues while the puppies roam freely through the studio. Cuddle if they come to you.
15 minutes — free play
Mats away, time on the floor with the puppies. Photos welcome.

Ages 13+ can come on their own; kids aged 8 to 12 come with an adult; children under 8 can't join the class. Can I give a class as a gift?
Yes. Our e-gift cards are delivered by email in 2 minutes, or on the date you choose: see gift cards.
