Puppy yoga in Vancouver.
Sixty minutes of gentle yoga, free-roaming puppies, and unstructured cuddle time — in our Chinatown studio on East Pender, one block from the Stadium-Chinatown SkyTrain.
Vancouver's Chinatown studio.
We're the original Pups & Yoga in Vancouver — part of the eleven-city Pups & Yoga network, not a one-off lookalike. The studio is in Chinatown on East Pender, a short walk from Gastown, downtown, and the SkyTrain.
The studio is a real yoga space, not a shared pet store or café. Puppies come from licensed, ethically run breeder partners we vet personally, and only attend during their developmentally appropriate socialization window (8 to 14 weeks). Each puppy has free run of the studio and can rest, eat, or step away whenever they want.
One of eleven Pups & Yoga studios across Canada, the USA, and Spain. Same format, same standards, every city.

Vancouver-specific questions.
Where exactly is the Vancouver studio?
Our Vancouver studio is at 180 East Pender Street, V6A 1T5, in Chinatown. One block from the Stadium-Chinatown SkyTrain station — about 5 minutes on foot from Gastown.
What happens in a Pups & Yoga class?
Each class is 60 minutes split into three parts: 20 minutes of guided yoga to warm up and settle in, 20 minutes of yoga while the puppies roam freely through the studio, and 20 minutes of unstructured play time with the puppies. No prior yoga experience required.
Are you affiliated with other Vancouver puppy yoga businesses?
No. Pups & Yoga is its own brand — eleven studios across Canada, the USA, and Spain. If you searched and found a similar-sounding business in Vancouver, that's a separate operation. We're the original Pups & Yoga, at 180 East Pender.
Is there parking?
Yes. Street parking is available on East Pender and Keefer Street. A small parking lot is around the corner. Stadium-Chinatown SkyTrain station is one block away if you'd rather skip the car.
Where do the puppies come from?
Our puppies come from licensed, ethically run breeder partners we vet personally. They are typically 8 to 14 weeks old — within their developmentally appropriate socialization window. Each puppy attends only during this window and is never used for back-to-back classes.
Can I book a private session for a group?
Yes. We host private puppy yoga sessions for corporate events, birthdays, bachelorettes, and brand activations — in our Chinatown studio or at your venue anywhere in Metro Vancouver. Visit our Private Events page for a custom quote.
