Puppy yoga in Ottawa.
Sixty minutes of gentle yoga, free-roaming puppies, and unstructured cuddle time — in our Centretown studio on Catherine St, walking distance from Parliament and the Canal.
The capital's puppy yoga.
We picked Centretown because it's the geographic middle of the city — easy to reach whether you're coming from The Glebe, Sandy Hill, Westboro, or across the river from Gatineau.
The studio is a real yoga space, not a shared pet store or café. Puppies come from licensed, ethically run breeder partners we vet personally, and only attend during their developmentally appropriate socialization window (8 to 14 weeks). Bilingual instructors — class in English, French on request.
One of eleven Pups & Yoga studios across Canada, the USA, and Spain. Same format, same standards, every city.
Sixty minutes, three parts.
20 minutes — warm up

20 minutes — with puppies
Yoga continues while the puppies roam freely through the studio. Cuddle if they come to you.
20 minutes — free play

Ottawa-specific questions.
Where exactly is the Ottawa studio?
Our Ottawa studio is at 335 Catherine Street, K1R 5S7, in Centretown. A few blocks south of Parliament Hill, easy walk from anywhere downtown.
What happens in a Pups & Yoga class?
Each class is 60 minutes split into three parts: 20 minutes of guided yoga to warm up and settle in, 20 minutes of yoga while the puppies roam freely through the studio, and 20 minutes of unstructured play time with the puppies. No prior yoga experience required.
Is the class in English or French?
Our Ottawa instructors are bilingual. Classes are taught primarily in English with cues in French; if the group prefers French, the class is run entirely in French.
Is there parking?
Yes. Street parking is available on Catherine St and nearby streets. Several paid lots are within a 2-minute walk. Bayview O-Train station is an 8-minute walk away.
Where do the puppies come from?
Our puppies come from licensed, ethically run breeder partners we vet personally. They are typically 8 to 14 weeks old — within their developmentally appropriate socialization window. Each puppy attends only during this window and is never used for back-to-back classes.
Can I book a private session for a group?
Yes. We host private puppy yoga sessions for corporate events, birthdays, bachelorettes, and brand activations — in our Centretown studio or at your venue anywhere in the National Capital Region. Visit our Private Events page for a custom quote.
