Puppy yoga on the South Shore.
Sixty minutes of gentle yoga, free-roaming puppies, and unstructured cuddle time — in the heart of Vieux-Longueuil, a studio close enough that you'll never cross the Champlain again for a class.
Built for the South Shore.
The Pont Champlain is a real barrier — for Longueuil and Brossard residents, a 10-minute drive to Montréal can become 45 minutes on a Sunday morning. We opened in the heart of Vieux-Longueuil, on rue Saint-Laurent O, so the South Shore could have its own dedicated puppy yoga studio.
The studio is a real yoga space, not a shared pet store or café. Puppies come from licensed, ethically run breeder partners we vet personally, and only attend during their developmentally appropriate socialization window (8 to 14 weeks). Classes are bilingual — most cues in English with French translation, or fully French on request.
One of eleven Pups & Yoga studios across Canada, the USA, and Spain. Same format, same standards, every city.

Longueuil-specific questions.
Where exactly is the Longueuil studio?
Our Longueuil studio is at 225 Rue Saint-Laurent O, J4H 1M4, in the heart of Vieux-Longueuil — a short walk from rue Saint-Charles. Easy access from the Pont Jacques-Cartier or the South Shore highways.
What happens in a Pups & Yoga class?
Each class is 60 minutes split into three parts: 20 minutes of guided yoga to warm up and settle in, 20 minutes of yoga while the puppies roam freely through the studio, and 20 minutes of unstructured play time with the puppies. No prior yoga experience required.
Les classes sont en français ou en anglais?
Nos instructrices à Longueuil sont bilingues. Les cours sont donnés principalement en anglais avec des consignes en français; si tout le groupe préfère le français, l'instructrice donnera le cours entièrement en français.
Is there parking?
Yes. Free street parking is available on rue Saint-Laurent O and the surrounding side streets, and there's a public parking lot on rue Saint-Charles a few minutes away. The studio is about a 15–20 minute walk (or a short bus ride) from Longueuil-Université-de-Sherbrooke metro station.
Where do the puppies come from?
Our puppies come from licensed, ethically run breeder partners we vet personally. They are typically 8 to 14 weeks old — within their developmentally appropriate socialization window. Each puppy attends only during this window and is never used for back-to-back classes.
Can I book a private session for a group?
Yes. We host private puppy yoga sessions for corporate events, birthdays, bachelorettes, and brand activations — in our Longueuil studio or at your venue anywhere on the South Shore. Visit our Private Events page for a custom quote.
