The original puppy yoga in Montréal.
Sixty minutes of gentle yoga, free-roaming puppies, and unstructured cuddle time — in our dedicated Saint-Henri studio. The first puppy yoga studio in the city. Thousands of Montrealers have taken a class with us.
Born and raised in Montréal.
Pups & Yoga started here. Montréal is where the first studio opened, where the format was tested, and where we proved that yoga next to a small chaos of puppies could be the calmest hour of someone's week.
Our Saint-Henri studio sits on Saint Ambroise — a dedicated yoga space, not a shared pet store or café. Puppies come from licensed, ethically run breeder partners we vet personally, and only attend during their developmentally appropriate socialization window (8 to 14 weeks). Each puppy gets free run of the studio and can rest, eat, or step away whenever they want.
Eleven cities and tens of thousands of clients later, Montréal is still our home market. The studio you book is the studio the brand was built in.

Montréal-specific questions.
Where exactly is the Montréal studio?
Our Montréal studio is at 4030 Saint Ambroise St, Suite 202, H4C 2E1, in the Saint-Henri neighborhood of the Sud-Ouest borough. Place-Saint-Henri metro is a 7-minute walk away.
What happens in a Pups & Yoga class?
Each class is 60 minutes split into three parts: 20 minutes of guided yoga to warm up and settle in, 20 minutes of yoga while the puppies roam freely through the studio, and 20 minutes of unstructured play time with the puppies. No prior yoga experience required.
Do you offer classes in French?
Our Montréal instructors are bilingual. The class is taught primarily in English with cues in French; if everyone in the room prefers French, the instructor will run the class entirely in French.
Is there parking?
Yes. Free street parking is generally available on Saint Ambroise and the surrounding side streets. There's also a small parking lot directly behind the building.
Where do the puppies come from?
Our puppies come from licensed, ethically run breeder partners we vet personally. They are typically 8 to 14 weeks old — within their developmentally appropriate socialization window. Each puppy attends only during this window and is never used for back-to-back classes.
Can I book a private session for a group?
Yes. We host private puppy yoga sessions for corporate events, birthdays, bachelorettes, and brand activations — in our Saint-Henri studio or at your venue anywhere in Montréal. Visit our Private Events page for a custom quote.
