Our customer care line 1-888-614-PUPS (1-888-614-7877) is printed on our booking confirmation emails and on this website.
How you opt in
We only send text messages to people who contact us first and explicitly ask for a text:
- By phone: when you call 1-888-614-7877 and our team cannot answer (for example during a class), our phone menu offers to text you the studio address and how to get in. A text is sent only if you press 1 to accept.
- By text: when you text 1-888-614-7877, we reply to your message on that number.

What we send
- Practical information about your class: address, how to get in, time, changes to your booking.
- Replies from our customer care team to your questions.
We never send marketing or promotional texts on this number, and we never share or sell your phone number.
Frequency, cost and how to stop
Message frequency varies (usually 1 to 3 messages per conversation). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, and HELP for help. You can also write to info@pupsandyoga.com.
