In one hour, your group does 30 minutes of gentle, beginner-friendly yoga, then 15 minutes of yoga with puppies roaming free and 15 minutes of cuddles, at our studio or at your office.
Why puppy yoga works for a holiday party
The end of the year is busy. Teams are tired, calendars are full, and the usual holiday party ideas for work (a restaurant booking, a bar, an escape room) don't suit everyone. A puppy session is different:
- Everyone can join. The yoga is slow and made for beginners, every pose has an easy version, and nobody has to be "sporty". Colleagues who prefer to skip the yoga can simply sit on the mat and wait for the puppies.
- It fits in a workday. One hour, start to finish. Book it in the morning, over lunch or as an after-work moment, and the rest of the celebration can follow.
- It breaks the ice for real. It's hard to stay formal when a puppy falls asleep on your manager's mat. People laugh, take photos and talk to colleagues they rarely see.
- No alcohol needed. It's a team building activity that works for every age group and every culture on the team.
Two formats: Puppy Yoga or Puppy Playtime
Choose the format that matches your team:
- Puppy Yoga: our usual one-hour class. 30 minutes of guided yoga, 15 minutes of yoga while the puppies roam free, then 15 minutes of play and cuddles.
- Puppy Playtime: one hour of pure puppy time, no yoga. Ideal for a festive, relaxed party.
Every private event includes a litter of puppies (typically 6 to 10), a yoga teacher and a puppy host, and yoga mats for everyone.
At our studio or at your office
At our studio: the room is privatized for your group. You arrive, we take care of the rest.
At your venue: we bring the puppies, the teacher and the mats to your office, campus or event space. It's an easy way to turn a meeting room into the best moment of December, without anyone leaving the building.
Groups of up to 25 guests per session, depending on the city. For a bigger team, we run back-to-back sessions so everyone gets their hour with the puppies.

How to book your holiday team event
- Send a quote request on our private events page: your city, the date you have in mind, your headcount, and whether you want the event at our studio or at your venue. It takes two minutes.
- Get your price within 24 hours. Pricing is a quote on request: it depends on the city, the format, the day and the venue.
- Confirm your date and tell your team. Companies and universities can pay a deposit or send a purchase order (PO) with net 30 terms.
For December, don't wait: we recommend booking at least 2 to 3 weeks ahead, and 4 to 6 weeks for a large corporate event. If your party is in December, November is the time to send your request.
A holiday gift for the whole team

How many people can join a private puppy yoga event?

Both. You can privatize one of our studios, or we bring the puppies, the yoga teacher and the mats to your office, campus or event space.
How far in advance should we book for December?
At least 2 to 3 weeks ahead, and 4 to 6 weeks for a large corporate event. For a December party, send your request in November. We reply within 24 hours.
What happens to the puppies?
Our puppies come from our breeder partners and are typically 8 to 14 weeks old. Our team supervises them the whole time, they can rest whenever they want, they never do back-to-back sessions, and they go back home with their breeder at the end of the day. Want to know more?
